2026 \u00e0 \u00c9c\u00f4ne<\/strong>, <strong>sans mandat pontifical<\/strong> et <strong>contre la volont\u00e9 explicite du pape L\u00e9on XIV<\/strong>, constituent \u2014 selon le Vatican \u2014 <strong>un acte schismatique<\/strong> entra\u00eenant <strong>l\u2019excommunication automatique (latae sententiae)<\/strong> des \u00e9v\u00eaques consacr\u00e9s et des cons\u00e9crateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-203f82ee8b8fcab8514f9a2882ebdb37\"><strong>Ce has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12dfa4dfe05e72ead011a37d4a4bbf39\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Malgr\u00e9 une <strong>lettre personnelle du pape L\u00e9on XIV<\/strong> dat\u00e9e du 29 juin 2026, leur demandant de <strong>renoncer<\/strong> \u00e0 cet acte pour \u00ab ne pas d\u00e9chirer la tunique du Christ \u00bb, la FSSPX a maintenu la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-46bee533d93edd7b789bb865a139e2fd\"><strong>Pourquoi ces sacres sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme schismatiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dc2cc47ddac1958d50ef3c5903f64c88\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le droit canonique est clair :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3438bae52f9cf31a201924022785211a\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Consacrer un \u00e9v\u00eaque sans mandat pontifical<\/strong> est un <strong>crime de schisme<\/strong> (can. 1364 \u00a71 et can. 1387 CIC 2021).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f1aadfbd9d4c718211d6947a2d904603\" style=\"font-size:18px\">La peine encourue est <strong>l\u2019excommunication automatique<\/strong>, r\u00e9serv\u00e9e au Si\u00e8ge apostolique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cd446f0cfcd1e042e51b1d21a6e01847\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le d\u00e9cret du Dicast\u00e8re pour la Doctrine de la Foi (2 juillet 2026) affirme que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b9ed15edb82cabf9f2f929ac8f62ae22\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Les <strong>cons\u00e9crateurs<\/strong> (Galarreta, Fellay) et les <strong>consacr\u00e9s<\/strong> ont encouru <strong>ipso facto<\/strong> l\u2019excommunication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5e26760818ee8ddc4aa11f5916f5fd97\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Les fid\u00e8les qui <strong>adh\u00e8rent formellement<\/strong> \u00e0 cet acte ou \u00e0 la FSSPX en tant que structure schismatique encourent \u00e9galement l\u2019excommunication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-e0e546ce76ba0b9b6283afb066f48c42\"><strong>Les probl\u00e8mes qui en d\u00e9coulent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fa16e8853b47d2f196b953bbcfac07fc\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>1. Rupture officielle de communion avec Rome<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-df55ff14959afe24bab8189c329b4fc3\" style=\"font-size:18px\">La FSSPX se trouve d\u00e9sormais dans une situation <strong>plus grave qu\u2019en 1988<\/strong>, car :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5b376e4d76e53ad1e69fa4f918f3a79f\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Les tentatives de dialogue men\u00e9es depuis Paul VI jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Fran\u00e7ois ont \u00e9chou\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e80f77804b2cdc43d186b1cbe7c07a89\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Le Vatican constate une <strong>volont\u00e9 persistante de rupture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4d6a953b67a3b7569f7ceff28e1bf26d\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>2. Un schisme de fait<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-77e5242563d05d4dd42c9187e22f38ef\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Les m\u00e9dias et observateurs parlent d\u2019un <strong>\u00ab nouveau schisme \u00bb<\/strong> dans l\u2019\u00c9glise catholique, pr\u00e8s de 40 ans apr\u00e8s celui de 1988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-20e4972ac52bafef60052fc2194f7a30\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>5.
